Now I'm gonna show you how to give your images that beautiful glow! I did this effect with Photoshop CS2, but it should work with previous versions.
We're gonna start with this image.
Now go to Layer>>>Duplicate. The Layer should be duplicated, now go to Filter>>>Blur>>>Gasussain Blur. Set it to a 2.0 radius. Now go to Layer>>>Layer Style>>>Blending Options>>>Screen. Set screen to a Opacity of 45-50% (I used 50%). Now your image should look like this
Now go to Layer>>>Duplicate. Now go to Layer>>>Layer Style>>> Blending Options>>>Hard Light. Now set Hard Light to an opacity of 40-50% (I also used 50%). Your ending result should look like this:
